An elected delegation heads to Dubai to set up a training camp in preparation for the joint qualifiers

Today, Tuesday, the Kuwaiti football team’s first delegation headed to Dubai to set up a training camp in preparation for participating in the joint qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the 2023 AFC Asian Cup in China. The Kuwaiti Football Association said in a press statement that the camp will continue until May 29, and will include a friendly match between “Al-Azraq” and its Malaysian counterpart, on the 23rd of this month, to determine the players’ readiness for the aforementioned tournament. From 3 to 15 June, Kuwait will host the second group competitions, which in addition to Kuwait include the teams of Australia, Jordan, China, Taipei and Nepal.
