Brazilian Emerson .. Another new deal for Barcelona

Barcelona decided to activate the clause to buy Brazilian player Emerson after his two-year brilliance at Real Betis. Emerson entered into a three-way deal in January 2019; Where Betis paid half of the value of the deal, and Barcelona paid the other half of it, which amounted to 12 million euros from the ranks of Atletico At the time, right-back Emerson was supposed to spend two and a half years at Betis in order to gain experience playing in the Spanish League. It was reported that Barcelona will pay 9 million euros to Betis to obtain the services of the Brazilian defender. Emerson became Barcelona’s third signing of the summer after signing Manchester City duo Sergio Aguero and Eric Garcia. Barcelona also approached the inclusion of Dutchmen Georginio Wijnaldum and Memphis Depay in two free transfer deals after the expiration of their contracts with Liverpool and Lyon, respectively.
