Despite the brilliance of some of these teams, most notably Senegal, which was close to qualifying, and Morocco, which performed significantly in its three matches against one of the world’s most powerful teams, Portugal and Spain, the early exit of Africans was the title of the World Cup.

The African teams participating in the 2018 World Cup in Russia have failed for the first time since the 1986 World Cup.
Africa represented in the 21st edition of the World Cup Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal, and Nigeria, and the world cup quarter-finals will kick off on Saturday with two strong confrontations, one between France and Argentina and the second between Portugal and Uruguay.
