Hakimi is upset with Zidane’s “behavior” and reveals his desire to return to Real
Media sources confirmed that Real Madrid is seeking to restore the brilliant Moroccan defender Achraf Hakimi, who won the Italian League title with Inter Milan on Sunday.
With the aggravation of the backline crisis at Real Madrid due to the injury of a large number of defenders, the idea of returning Hakimi to the ranks of the “royal” is wonderful for the fans.
On “El Cherengetto”, which deals with Real Madrid news, Hakimi said: “Real Madrid was my first home and I wanted to continue there, but the circumstances pushed the club to make a decision otherwise. Everyone knows that I was going to fight for my position.”
The international player indicated that Real Madrid still had the opportunity to return him from Inter Milan, noting that his former club “has priority to return or reject it.”
Hakimi was loaned from Real Madrid to Borussia Dortmund, then last season he moved to Inter with a contract that extends to 5 seasons.
Despite Hakimi’s statements about a “glimmer of hope” to return to Real Madrid, the matter is unlikely, especially with the Italian sources confirming at the time of the deal that Hakimi’s move was on a permanent contract.
On the other hand, Hakimi expressed his dissatisfaction with his colleagues and former coach Zinedine Zidane’s “neglect” of him, as no one congratulated him on achieving the Italian League title on Sunday evening.
Hakimi said: “Until this moment, neither Zidane nor the club president Florentino Perez congratulated me on the title.”
