Saudi Arabia’s victory and Yemen’s defeat
The Saudi national team won a precious victory over its Singapore guest (3-0) in the match that brought them together on Friday, in the joint Asian qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup and 2023 Asian Cup. While Yemen suffered its third defeat in a row and fourth in the qualifiers, in return for a win and two draws, and it is at the bottom of the group with 5 points, two points behind Singapore.
