Teddy Reiner of the Masters Judo 3 Golds
The King of France returned to the top to win his fourth gold medal at the Masters, making him the man of the third day unchallenged.
The medals were presented by The President of the Qatari Olympic Committee Sheikh Johan bin Hamad Al Thani. “This is a great competition,” Reiner said of the tournament. “I feel good, very good, it was a very important day to win,” Malonga said after the coronation. It’s the year of the Olympics and it’s important for me to win every fight.
In the women’s 78kg category, Frenchwoman Romain Deco snatched France’s third gold in the tournament, and Deco led the Osaikumi movement against Azerbaijani world bronze medalist Kandzerska in the final. The third day was the lady of the third day, french world champion Madeleine Malonga, who repeated the final of the Tokyo World Championship against Japan’s Amda Shore.
