Vieira takes over as coach of Crystal Palace
The English club Crystal Palace announced, on Sunday, that former French star Patrick Vieira took over the task of coaching the team, replacing resigned Roy Godson. Vieira’s contract with Crystal Palace runs for three years. As a player, Vieira led Arsenal to the English Premier League title three times and the English Cup four times, but was sacked from the French Nice training last December after continuing at the head of the technical staff for two and a half years. Hodgson resigned as coach of Crystal Palace at the end of last season.
