What happened against Paris and City in the Champions League semi-final first leg?
Manchester City turned the tables on Paris Saint-Germain, to achieve a very important victory (2-1), in the match that was held at the Princes Park.
Paris Saint-Germain ended the first half, ahead of Manchester City, with a goal unanswered by Brazilian defender “Marquinhos Correa”, with a strong header in the 15th minute.
Angel Di Maria took a corner kick from the right side, and sent it with his left high into the area, to get Marquinhos to rise and hit her in the head in the net of goalkeeper Ederson Moraes.
Manchester City adjusted the result in the 64th minute, through Kevin de Bruynes, who sent a deceptive cross with his right hand from the left side, which passed everyone to surprise Navas and settled his net.
Riyad Mahrez kidnapped the second goal of Manchester City in the 71st minute, from a direct free kick that was carried out by his left from between the feet of the Paris players in the blocking wall, to house the Parisian team.
The meeting between Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City was moderated by the German referee, Felix Brisch, and the start whistle blew at 19:00 GMT, 21:00 Egyptian time, 22:00 Saudi time, 23:00 UAE time.

Paris Saint-Germain controlled the ball from the start, and the first opportunity came in the third minute of a counterattack, led by Mbappe and Neymar, who fired a powerful ball with the left foot, which was saved by goalkeeper Ederson.
Neymar Jr. was close to the opening of the scoring for the Parisian team in the 13th minute, with a very strong shot from inside the penalty area, but Ederson managed to save the ball with a wonderful response to the corner.
Marquinhos made the first goal for Paris Saint-Germain in the 15th minute, after he lifted Di Maria’s header from the corner with a strong header that hugged Ederson’s nets.
Riyad Mahrez made the first opportunity for Manchester City in the 20th minute, when Paris left back Mitchell Bakker dodged and passed to De Bruyne inside the penalty area, but Marquinhos intervened at the right time to keep the ball away from the Belgian star.
A minute later, Bernardo Silva received a long pass from the center of the field that reached him inside the six-yard area, to hit it with difficulty with one touch, but it reached the corner of Kaylor Navas to counter it without suffering.
The danger of Paris Saint-Germain was evident in the high balls, after Neymar executed a curved ball from a corner kick in the 28th minute. Paredes rose to it and hit her with the header, but it passed next to the right post of the Manchester City goal.

Manchester City threatened Paris in the 51st minute, through Phil Foden, who sent a strong cross that needed a touch to embrace Navas, but it passed by everyone.
Joao Cancelo sent a new cross in the 54th minute, from the left side, which Navas managed to catch, before Kylian Mbappe made the most dangerous opportunity for Paris Saint-Germain after he penetrated into the City penalty area and passed a strange ball in front of Verratti.
Manchester City continued to press, and De Bruyne came close to equalizing in the 61st minute, with a penalty kick, but the ball went above the goal.
Kevin de Bruyne returned a few minutes later to score the equalizer for Manchester City and deflected in the 64th minute, after he passed a curved ball from the left side that passed by everyone to embrace Kaylor Navas.
De Bruyne got a direct free kick in the face of the goal in the 70th minute, after an intervention by Leonardo Paredes, to be executed by Riyad Mahrez and scored the second goal for Manchester City.
Paris Saint-Germain received a painful blow in the 77th minute, when Idrissa Jana Jay was sent off directly after a strong intervention on Ilkai Gundogan.
And Manchester City imposed his method in the remaining minutes, as he controlled the ball, until referee Felix Bresch fired the final whistle with the Citizens’ victory over Paris with two goals to one.
